Make The Perfect Ascension icon Legendary Tier instead of Mythic

Ok, I'm probably biased on this since I have and actively use Perfect Ascension as my icon, but seriously. It's been cited as one of the rarest icons in the game, and since 2014 I've seen maybe 30 or 40 other people with it. It was insanely hard to acquire, and is even rarer due to being four years old. I'd say it's worthy of being the same tier as the top Odyssey icon.
