Perhaps anyone in Riot or just anyone clarify Rakkor's Society and lore of the past? (10 questions)

Hello Guys and Gals!

I am really interested in Rakkor's structure and Society during the time when there were Lunaris still around but the information on the wiki seems quite lacking in details. I just wanted to ask some questions to research about Rakkor. Cough, WritingFanFiction Cough

1. Did Lunaris live in the same city or village as the Rakkorians/Solaris?

2. If not, Did they live in a city/village somewhere near or below Mount Targon?

3. Were they one huge faction before or where they three different "City-States"?

4. Also Did Lunaris participate in Votes/Political Decisions with the Solari and Rakkorians?

5. Was there even a senate or Council where the three factions (Rakkor, Solari, Lunari) meet? Was there Kings or a parliament that had the final say on everything?

6. Did the Rakkorians have the same political structure as the Spartans? (Meaning Diarchy, Which meant having two kings simultaneously)

7. Was the leaders/kings appointed through the family blood-line or were they elected?

8. For becoming the avatar of the moon's powers (Currently, it is Diana who is the Avatar of the Moon's powers) something similar to the Avatar (the last airbender) as the powers get passed down? Or was it gained through achieving some sort of Nirvana or Salvation? Or was it that the moon chooses the "one" to become the Avatar?

9. Did some Rakkorians worship the moon and the sun during the time Lunaris were still present? If they did, were they allowed to join the Lunaris or the Solaris proven that they prove themselves to be worthy enough? (Like Leona)

10. While on the other hand, were Lunaris similar to Solaris who are a upper class of Mount Targon?

11. Most importantly, when did the Extermination of the Lunaris happen?

I am really intrigued by the lore and I really hope someone, anyone... can answer these questions.
