Fix twitch's gangster/ whistler village/ etc card art (or whatever is purchasable, idk if whistler village is always purchasable but i know ganster is)

i know that hes a plague rat and supposed to look nasty but please i dont want to vomit at his art, its just not right to leave it how it is
