I have a few questions regarding shyvana's lore.
What was Shyvana saved from? Why did J4 save Shyvana? Also what is the relationships between the 2, seeing shyvana was a child when j4 saved her, is it more a father figure relationship now since shyvana does not have a father anymore? Also, I always wanted to know, is shyvana like a bodyguard for J4? And I wanted to ask about Quinn. What exactly is Quinn after in J4? Personality, character or the throne?
Shyvana wasn't saved from anyone. She lived on the run with her father, as she was considered an abomination by dragon kind. Eventually a rather cruel Drake managed to track them down and killed her father, being injured in the process. Seeking revenge, Shyvana whom was now a full grown woman at this point, began tracking down the Drake that killed her father. Along the way she encountered Jarvin 4 with his group of soldiers whom were also in search of the same dragon. They agreed to help each other and together both found and killed the Drake that had slain Shyvana's father, Shyvana herself getting the killing blow. After this Jarvin 4 offered Shyvana a place among his Royal guard in recognition of her strength. With no where to go, and her father lost to her, Shyvana accepted his offer and joined Demacia where she serves as a member of the royal guard and has a high standing position in the military.
As for Quin I do not know.

Jarvan does not need a bodyguard.
What exactly is Quinn after in J4?
Quinn and Jarvan are canonically lovers.
Similar to old TF and young Evelynn.
Embertine did a good job explaining how J4 and Shyv met. And yes Shyv is part of J4's Royal Guard. (Elite Group of warriors who are sworn to protect J4... so yes bodyguard XD)
