What would you want out of a future Demacian Champion?

Demacia hasn't gotten a new Champion since Quinn (Lucian doesn't count, despite being Demacian-born), so I think they need a new release at some point in the near future. But the question is, what should Riot do for the next "DEMACIA!"?

Something knightly? Something that breaks the current mold? Or something else?

I feel like Demacia is ripe for a "peasant hero". We have quinn who already gave us a bit of a look into the class system but she rose in the ranks and is no longer a "peasant". Demacia needs someone who gained fame but decided to stay at the bottom and fight for the lower classes.
