How did Jhin kill people before he was arrested?
Did he have a gun, or did he have any alternate method to slaughter so many people?

he used blades.
Guns are a fairly new thing in ionia,so i doubt he had them before.
Let's just say that it made 
the serious man he is today. So you don't wanna know.
I think it was said somewhere that he used knives, but I can't find a source.
