Will Elise's background/story be further explained in the future?

I liked the bio and story so far don't get me wrong, but it still felt like it left a lot of missing. We know how she remains young but very little when she isn't taking sacrifices followers to her spider god. Does she just sit in a room all day with a mirror until she sees signs of aging then goes out to redo the process or what? It seems like her only connection to anything was the black rose and all we got was basically a transaction of we give you followers and you give us a artifact then okay see you in a X amounts of years.
