I don't get it why can't you just lift the edges of her lips slightly to get that perfect cocky expression she always had. It was requested so many times already so please take it into consideration. I really can't see a reason not to do it. If there is one share it please. 
I believe a scowl is more fitting for her character. After all, in her original lore piece is mentioned that she comes of as arrogant, rather than cocky.
Her voiceover is also more hostile and serious than playful.
And her backstory makes her the head of a dishonored noble house, sternly obssesed with restoring her family's honor.
In this specific point, I believe her expression on the new splash art fits better to her character.
Nope. "Deal with it."
But... They did give it back, it's just a bit more subtle.
