I don't think so. I haven't listened to her voice over, but in general I think it's one of Riven's least attractive splash arts. The ribbons draw more attention than her body in the model too.

How the hell is this a sexy skin? She is fully covered and her hair make her look weird, its not arousing at all. Arcade Riven, Battle Bunny Riven or even her original skin are a lot more into the sexy direction and they are really good for xx fanfic.
