I get that he's studied under Zed and stuff and originated from Noxus, but the way he looks really reminds me of Jinx, especially his hair. I feel like they should be related. Then again it's also theorized Jinx and Vi are related. Maybe she's related to all kinds of people across runeterra XD

You want someone else Jinx is related to? Warwick. He's their father, it's why she dissapeared and was at his transformation, Singed kidnapped her to torment WW and when he thought WW died, he experimented on a young Jinx, hence her broken look. And why WW says to her "You... you were there..."
