Bard's Face/Mask

I wondered about that myself, as I made Bard-themed cupcakes with teeny tiny marzipan masks to deliver to the team that created Bard. (I was really jazzed about his abilities and wanted to congratulate them on the announcement. They were almond flavored, because for some reason I keep thinking that nut-flavored things are his style.)

If you look at the head of Bard, and take into account that magnificent beard and mop of hair, and take the mask to be as tiny as feasible for the face then it just about works?

It's like if you got a paper plate and cut out holes ONLY for your mouth and eyes, and then trimmed the plate as small as you could make it, without interfering with those holes. And now I have images of people cosplaying him with paper plate masks and the dead heads of several mops as his hair.
