In case you're serious, the darkin are ancient Shurimans and "aa" is used in some words and names. Just because it was in 2 names doesn't mean it has to be in every darkin name. This is like if instead of "Aatrox" and "Rhaast", their names were "Joseph" and "Stephen", people suddenly expected the "ph" digraph in every name for every member of the species. It would be ridiculous.

That's a non-canon shoutout joke that only exists to poke fun at the community's fascination with "aa" and darkin. Many champion interactions are not canon.

Why the fuck is there such a massive obsession about this. it literally doesn't matter. Shuriman names don't NEED to have double A in them jesus christ. This is getting annoying.

Probably because Aatrox and Rhaast both have 2 A's. So some people believe that Varus also needs 2 A's for consistency reason.

That was only relevant when we thought they were alien invaders though. Now that we know they're plain humans who Ascended, the "aa" naming lost a lot of it's intrigue and impact.

On a more serious note: Why note Quinn & Valor?

Their title, "Demacia's Wings," implies two champions, and they were initially named Quinn & Valor, but it had to be removed due to technical issues in the old client.

Valor is a pet. A clever pet, and a smart pet, but a pet. Valor isn't a self aware, highly intelligent being with higher intellect like humanoid creatures. Willump is a highly intelligent humanoid that's self aware, much like humans, Yordles, and the other major races. Tibbers, Daisy, Bristle, Valor, and whatnot are not, they're just pets and animals.
