Does Riot look at pre-game lobby chat if requested in report tickets?

So late in banning phase, only jungler hasn't banned yet. He asks me (top) if I like Garen. I say yes, and that in fact I main him. Bam. Garen banned.

"Like him now?" "I hope all you Garen mains die."

I shrug it off and go with another champ. Game starts up. Our jungler starts at blue and asks for leash.

"Mid can I get a leash? ik cho won't do it."

By this point I just mute him and give him a leash.

My lane doesn't go too well. Darius snowballs and I get blamed for intentional feeding (which I wasn't), our jungler laughing and saying that he knew that I was a kid and that I fed on purpose because Garen got banned.
