Shadowkirby141 votesFiddlesticks got a skin last year, though I'd admit, Risen Fiddlesticks is a bit lackluster due to his outdated in-game model.
He might need either a new Legendary or Ultimate skin to give him some kind of quality.

It might be a while before they get around to giving him a VGU, but at the same time it might happen late next year too early in 2018, so who knows where that puts Morde in the skin department. Though it would be really neat to see a Dark Ice Morde for Christmas this year.

GreenLore1 votesHe is on the list for a vgu,since his juggernaut rework has been considered a failure, so that makes him generally unable to get a new skin.
We have no info though where he is on the priority list. I mean they once mentioned that Eve is extremely likely for a Vgu next year and Urgot has a high priority as well,so Morde might not make it next year :(
