What if Shaco's skins are disguises?

Looking at his skins, I'd think Shaco would blend in pretty well. He's got costumes for every situation. He needs to kill someone in Ionia? He gets his Masked get-up and camouflages during a festival. Sneak into a Snowdown parade? He wears his Nutcracko guise. Meeting with royalty? He dusts off the Royal robes he keeps locked away and replaces the court jester in the palace.
