Skarner's splash arts make him look incredibly evil but his lore makes him to be an alright fellow.

I know he's on the VGU list somewhere, so he'll eventually get one for sure unless they've removed him from it.

i asked for that some time ago, without any answer tho. However, somewhere it says that he wont get one until his vgu happens...however champions that look higher (which means sooner vgu) on that list got their splash updated, which kinda makes me disappointed.

Leona could also use one ... while it's not bad or in desperate need of change, you can tell it's outdated. I want her to get the treatment Evelynn got with her sick splashart please.
