New Update Schedule Reflect Skin Cycle?

It honestly feels like we are hardly getting any skins now, because of the new update schedule. Before we would get 2 to 3 skins every two weeks. Now it feels like we hardly get any skins because new champions are getting all of the skins, reworked champions are getting all of the skins, and the same champions every year are getting all of the skins. In 2018 we started off strong in the beginning with skins for Gragas and many others. Now it feels like all of the new champions that are more popular are getting skins and the same champions every year are getting one.

This thread is actually not about forgotten champions not getting skins however. This thread is about why it feels like we are getting significantly less skins this year and if the new update schedule is because of this?

(I mean I am still waiting for an amazing skin for Karma since she and many others are due for one. I am still waiting for my favorite skin line, Blood Moon, to be released. Yet here Swain gets a skin. Yet here Rakhan and Xayah get a skin.)

Since you mentioned gragas I looked at your profile and I see the the last time you played gragas was in feb of 2017

I wonder if the time spent on the Illaoi skin made the number go down? Who knows. Still hoping we get Blood Moon skins this year but I have a feeling we are not.
