Devourer Phantom Wolf as critter?

Decrit··8 votes·1,206 views

Since Devourer is going to be retired, is it possible to find a home for the ghost puppy, maybe in the jungle itself? Rito plz :x it was the only companion of the lone farming junglers that had to bear the flaming of the laners teammates that wanted a gank, and i'd feel sad to see it gone.

Also, consider this: we all know stuff comes and goes and we have to accept that, but you know what would happen in this particular case?

A lot of fanart about ghost puppies abandoned along a road lane. You don't want that rito.

The ghost puppy should be replace the current spirit-thingy that comes out of the Big Wolf's smite buff.

Where does it say devourer is going to be retired?

For next patch Devourer is going to be changed with Bloodrazor. Check the PBE, there are a lot of incoming changes and can be messy sometimes but is there. A phantom-hit like passive will be given to Guinsoo

It's being replaced with Madras' Bloodrazer 2.0.

Phantom Wolf should be attached to Guinsoo's since that's where the phatom hit passive is going. It'll follow you around, and when you hit 6 stacks it jumps into you to activate Guinsoo's Rage, then jumps back out once your stacks drop. So not only do we get to keep our little pal, he's a handy visual indication of whether a champion's fully revved up or not.

Point is, that does not make much sense thematically and gameplay wise, while i agree it makes it more visibile is still not thatuch visible aniway and a player will probably always prefer to glance at the enemy buff bar rather try to discern the correct parcticle among the others.

At that point better give a more dignitous, valuable and probabily much easier to implement way to keep it around.
