To simplify, a sarashi is a long bandage that women in Japanese culture use to bind their chests, kinda like a sports bra.

Basically, it would've solved two problems at once: make Akali's chest less of a problem for her in terms of combat practicality, while still preserving the idea that she's very busty.

You already removed her sideboob, so this would've been acceptable.
