No Azir had harem of woman, any of whom would be the surviving mother of Sivir's ancestry. Bard actually wasn't in the shuriman lore at all.

He was, it was teased by Jaredan. But to your point, any children born by azir would have had to remain in the Shuriman Capitol. That much would make sense since they would be royalty.

Not really, as they would be bastards and not eligible for inheritance unless absolutely necessary.

And Azir seems like the kind of person who had hoards of women throwing themselves after him wherever he went, and who had no qualms about taking advantage of that.

He swooped in and rescued Azir's third soon to be born child from the womb of Azir's wife and then left the baby in a situation where somebody would find them who would then take care of them.

Well yeah, the kid was yet to be born. Was probably far along enough that it could survive outside though, considering Azir specifically said she was heavily pregnant at the time.

It also makes sense for Azir to want to Ascend on the eve of the birth of a new child in his family; introduce them to a whole new revolutionized Shurima, y'know?
