No Azir had harem of woman, any of whom would be the surviving mother of Sivir's ancestry. Bard actually wasn't in the shuriman lore at all.
He swooped in and rescued Azir's third soon to be born child from the womb of Azir's wife and then left the baby in a situation where somebody would find them who would then take care of them.
That's been my theory for A YEAR now.
Azir did not only have coitus with his wife. He had illegitimate children, at least one of which survived.
