Where is Beekeeper Singed and Arclight Yorick?

1. No it hasn't been an entire week. The patch went live Wednesday. I think the math speaks for itself.
2. Riot releases skin content THROUGHOUT a patch when they have multiple skin themes to release. This is to give each skins enough time in the spotlight & not overshadowed by another set of skins. If it's not out on the 1st week, they'll be release sometime throughout the 2nd. On separate days for each skin theme.
3. They rarely, if ever, release content on the weekend. In fact, Riot in general is off on the weekend.

All skins will come during the patch 7.20 I guess Tuesday and Thursday are good dates that the skin gets public
