Besides the obvious Ezreal one that leaked.
Space dragoon is due for a new skin and his Voyage has the potential to produce the most fabulous rainbow.

If anything, Sol is the creator of the star guardians.
Like in a fanfic I wrote.
a star dragon wont get a star skin, that's way to redundant and the star skins aren't joke skins.
But if I recall correctly Riot already told that it would be too redundant, a more fitting theme would be Arcade or something-Boss (unless they come up with some manly style Star Guardians releasing Ez, Taric, Sol and others).
Syndra was also leaked, but I'm hoping neither are true. Both don't fit the thematic in a good way.
