I think Miss Fortune deserves a VO update
Her new lore and story just paints her as so much more complex now than what's currently on live. Gangplank got one to reflect Burning Tides changes, so why not Miss Fortune?

I'd like to see what the current voice actress could do with a slightly darker overtone. Keep the MF charm though, don't need to descend to Sivir levels of super srs.
I'd like the new voice work to keep her bravado. MF could have a nice balance between confidently flirting/toying with her opponent, and portraying a more serious, dangerous thoughtful side.
Maybe have her talk to herself about plans for bilgewater, her past and GP, while all her taunts display flirting/ bravado/ threats
Miss Fortune's Update was such a poor result of the design team being fucking garbage at allocating resources. (Look at the garbage treatment Sejuani's skins received in the Tank update). I love the design teams, I really do, but they seriously need to learn how to AT LEAST give other champions a fair shot, instead of just bias-ly dumping all over their resources into one champion.
GP Received up to 3 Seperate VO's for the Burning Tides event alone (Base, Captain and the Announcer Pack), on top of a brand new fully comprehensive VGU.
MF saw a Model Improvement and changes to her classic VFX. Fuck she didn't even see new SFX for her Machine Guns in Mafia or her Shotguns in Road Warrior. Even Twitch received that treatment. They didn't even meaningfully update her kit either, they just smoothed out some of her scalings and made her overtuned for a short while.
It wasn't until months later that she received Love Tap to act as a new passive that actually meaningfully changed her kit in a positive way.
The community has been saying that Captain MF should have been her base skin and the one we have has her base should be her classic skin.
She needs to keep her laugh though. They already ruined GP's laugh, they have to at least make her new laugh sound like her current one.
She needed one from the Bilgewater event!

Well, i am all for voice over change (unlike my attitude for a visuals update), but they already confirmed voiceover update coming at some point in a future. So keep your fingers crossed for this one :D

Gangplank got a full VGU, Miss Fortune only got a model update and some minor kit fixes, and nothing more. I would have preffered if she had gotten a full VGU as well, considering her current animations are old as hell and need modernization.

TBH I think her VO can stay as-is for a while, I just want her lore to be easier to experience. Have you ever tried digging up all the short stories from these events and trying to summarize it for friends that are newer to the game? There's some good plot here but it honestly was better organized under the champion pages and in the Journal of Justice, the Universe page requires me plunging through tons of art to find anything.

I wish we had a red post giving us an official hint if MF will be having a VO anytime soon. Will still be upset that it should have been updated the same time as GP's VU. I was surprise it wasn't updated during the Shadow and Fortune events like they did with Ashe's VO when she had her VU first and then the VO during the Freljord update.
She did get a new base skin.
It costs 975 in the shop, just like Gangplank's.

Gangplank's was to reflect his champion update. The fact that they played it out during the event was just that, part of the event. They released him appearing as a Captain then through the story MF thinks she killed him and thus they released the rest of his update as he actually survived.
MF though, does indeed need one but they just didn't do that at the time cause she wasn't the one with the major VGU and they had yet to do smaller VO updates like we've seen with Lux and Maokai.
