I personally don't like her character very much either, she has no personal goals or purpose or life beyond simply being in servitude to her family. She's simply a machine in all aspects but without any ambition to call her own.
To be fair it was her ancestors who defiled the Brackern, not Camille herself.
That being said I thought Camille was an arse from the beginning.
DEATH TO THOSE WHO WOULD DEFILE THE LIFESTONES. A HUNDRED LIVES FOR EVERY SHATTERED BRACKERN.
On a semi-related note I'm now wondering if Jayce's new lore will involve him communing with a life stone, since I wouldn't be surprised if the Piltovians didn't know that the Brackern were sentient.
Are they really responsible or are they just joining the hextech craze of Piltover?
I'm convinced that they aren't the first to utilize the brackern gems, but did find a incredibly powerful use for them.
Speaking of the Brackern. Jayce's friendship with Skarner makes complete sense now. He's probably going to start fighting against the use of those crystals and advocate alternative energy sou- OH MY GOD IT IS AN OIL/COAL ALLEGORY.
