The same source that leaked bilgewater events also leaked informations concerning upcoming skins, wich were supposed to be the following:
Star guardian janna, poppy, lulu (1350 RP) Star guardian Jinx (1820 RP) Elementalist Lux (3250 RP) Candy King Ivern (1350 RP)
So basicaly all the star guardians are pretty much confirmed... Lots of chances that we get Elementalist Lux if you ask me, and as a Lux main I am Hyped as fuck.
Calling a possible theory...Elementalist Lux is connected to Star Guardian Lux and its going to be revealed in Part 4 of the Star Guardian story.

Let's wait to see if Candy King Ivern's real before jumping to conclusions about any leaks.
The big question is: What will make the skin ultimate? Some people suggested that Lux would be able to switch between elements with each form having different skill effects,but I think that migh tbe a bit problematic in terms of readability(one moment you'll have to watch out for red spells and in the next you'll need to watch out for blue ones) and would seem a bit unimpressive since it would make the skin basically just 4 different skins in one.
Makes me worried that AU wise Jinx will become a villain.
I still don't believe there's an ultimate skin coming in 6.20. Riot would have teased it in some way. There's no way in hell they would release an ultimate skin without teasing it. I mean, the tease Legendary skins & the previous ultimate skins all have teasers too.
It's "confirmed" that the skin has been in development at, at least, one point. Sorry if I'm a mega party-pooper, but I just don't think we should expect it in 100% until it's real teasers time.
######Again, I'm not saying that the skin will necessarily not become reality though.
