All these new stories are nice and all, but where are the Dragons?

Can't quite have a fantasy setting without a Draconic faction, right? All we're seeing of them presently is that they're beasts (aside from Shyvana) that don't have any sort of society or hierarchy.

Has anyone here ever played MM8: Day of the Destroyer? Dragons are a major faction in that game. Maybe Riot should take some notes?
