The new Fiora skin...

Why does the hand look so weird in the splash art? Does it bother anyone else? I legit cannot manage to get my hands in that position, but if anyone could, I really want to see a pic of it irl.

Edit: The reason as to why it's tilting me is because the hand looks like a deformed foot.
