New Jinx is a much better representation of Chaotic Neutral

Old Jinx, despite being argued to be Chaotic Neutral, was much closer to Chaotic Evil

This Jinx seems to want to cause havoc not for the sake of destruction but because she finds the mayhem and confusion fun. Her goal isn't to deal as much damage as possible anymore, she's basically the real life equivalent of an internet troll now.

Helps that the lore points out how few deaths ever happened. Like it being very late when the bombs go off.

As I understood, she doesn't aim people, death of people are just accidents. Which I don't think she care though. But she created a mayhem in late night. Maybe she didn't what to hurt people? Maybe? A little bit? No? Okay.

She is still a whiny bitch that should be gunned down, but not even close to unbelievably malicious beings like Shaco, Mordekaiser, Thresh etc. She was always like this but It got more clear and undeniable.

She's always been that way. People tell me her bio changed slightly, but it seems 100% identical to her old lore to me.

EDIT: Scratch that. It was only showing up on internet explore and not google chrome which I usually use. So I have read the new bio.

I find it interesting that Jinx' lore goes way out of its way to point out that she hasn't killed anyone.

Especially considering that most other lore pieces include plenty of killing, including fairly light-hearted champs like ZAC.

It feels like there was some pretty heavy disconnect between whoever wrote Jinx' VO lines and whoever was writing her lore. Even just her selection quote suggests that Jinx finds the breaking of people at least as, if not more, entertaining than breaking rules and buildings. That's not suggestive of a chaotic neutral character in the least.

No, Jinx isn't Chaotic Neutral in this latest take, either. She may or may not be Chaotic Evil.

But she is, however, a dead-ringer for Chaotic Stupid.

I like Jinxs character because she is not centred upon being oversexualized and stuff. It just all about being Jinx.

I certainly agree she no longer fits the description of chaotic evil. However, I don't know if chaotic neutral is the best description either. Her new lore suggests that her destructive tendencies towards Piltover is no longer just about fun, rather an angst towards the apathy and superiority complex Piltovians have towards Zaunites. If anything she appears to be motivated by a very twisted, mad sense of empathy towards Zaunites ironically.

Here are some parts of her lore which reinforce my observations:

A few of the old timers in Zaun remember a young girl who might fit Jinx’s description, but the girl they speak of is a far cry from the one who became Piltover’s bane. This girl was sweet and innocent, a tinkerer with big ideas, who never quite fit in and came to a bad end.

_

Jinx sashayed between the wedding guests, keeping her smile fixed and trying not to scream at the dead-eyed people surrounding her. It took an effort of will not to grab each one by the shoulder and try to shake them awake.

_

Some even whisper that Jinx isn’t even human, that she is some kind of avenging spirit of mayhem, come to wreak havoc upon Piltover in revenge for the thousands who died when Zaun sank into the earth.

_

The wardens attributed her crimes to chem-punk gangs, rounding up dozens of known troublemakers and sending them back down to Zaun. Having others get the credit for her manic schemes didn’t sit well with Jinx, and so she made sure to be seen at every future crime scene.

_

Hexlumens fitted with rotating zoetropes and oddly-angled lenses projected spectral dancers onto the floor that pirouetted and spun to the delight of laughing children who’d never known a moment of hunger, pain, or loss.

_

Pictures of Piltover’s bigwigs hung on walls paneled with oak and inlaid with geometric copper fretwork. The men and women in the portraits looked down on the people below with haughty disdain. Jinx stuck her tongue out at each and every one of them as she passed, grinning as they tutted and turned away

_

Jinx skipped merrily over every bright square as she made her way to a table heaped with enough food to feed a hundred families in Zaun for a month.

After seeing all this I can't help but think she is doing all this because her life was impaired simply because she was born a Zaunite and now lives to wreak havoc on the ones responsible, Pilties. This doesn't exactly strike me as 'Chaotic Neutral'.

how much you wanna bet jinx and vi had a bad interaction when they were both gang members and that's why jinx is obsessed with vi?
