Why doesn't Aurelion Sol just destroy Runeterra?

If he hates being bound to the Targonians so much, why doesn't he just make the star orbiting Runeterra go into supernova? Sure, he kills one of his creations, but he also kills the voidlings, kills the Targonians, and after that he's free to do whatever wishes in the cosmos. Three birds with one stone! It's already been demonstrated that he has a some freedom over his actions, so why doesn't he just nuke that pathetic planet and move on with his life?

Destroying Runeterra would do nothing but rob him of the only place he has an interest in currently. The Targonians are an entire intergalactic space empire, they aren't going to just vanish if he nukes a backwater planet.

Targon lives on multiple planets and they aren't even phsyically present on runeterra. If he destroyed it,it would only cost Sol a lot of stars and anger the targonians.

Well for one, if he nuked Runeterra with a full-blown sun, we wouldn't have League of Legends anymore with the current roster. Two, it solves nothing against the Void; they'll just open another rift in reality on another planet. Three, making the sun in Runeterra's galaxy go supernova would have galactic consequences; it would utterly destroy the current ecosystems of neighboring planets, if not outright consume the planets in a massive inferno of starfire. Four, the only Targonians he'd be killing would be the warrior tribes on the mountain, so named only because they settled on Mt. Targon. He wouldn't be killing the actual Targonians who are part of an intergalactic empire that is spread throughout the cosmos.

Because that would be against what Aurelion is exactly trying not to do. He loves the praise of lesser beings. He hates having to destroy planets for the Targonians.
