But none of them are about this lore dilemma. Like really? Are you seriously doing this? You guys know exactly what we want to hear about. How's that tech issue going? When can we expect lore updates? Why can't there be consistent lore? Why can't you Rioters speak on things like this?
Don't know why i'm trying. Gonna be ignored and down voted. Although It's not just me being ignored.
I would really like if they pinned a red thread up on the Story and Arts board about this instead of people coming and posting the same questions they already answered but the answers are so down board list that people cant find it.
They did talk about this stuff,there is no point in answering the same questions over and over again.
How's that tech issue going? The sole fact that we still didn't get the lore means the tech issue hasn't been resolved,so where is the point in asking this stuff again?Its a tech issue,its either going to be solved or not solved,there isn't much in between that can be said.
When can we expect lore updates? Once the tech issue has been resolved obviously.Aside from that there is no point in announcing lore stuff beforehand as there is always something that can go wrong(which is exactly what happened with the shurima update,they basically announced new lores for many champs and then couldn't deliver them,which means they are stuck now with nothing)
Why can't there be consistent lore? Thats one of the better questions,but well in the end they want to release the lore on the website and again the tech issue is in the way of that.Aside from that they started to tie lore more closer to events and generally put more thought into the lore(in the earlier days it wasn't made with much thought about the future,champs who had "mystery" as their background literally had no background as they themselves had no idea what these champs are)
Why can't you Rioters speak on things like this? There is no point in talking about stuff over and over again and they are not allowed to spoil anything for obvious reasons.
I guess it's going to be a community project then to bring everybody up to date with what's been going on in terms of red posts. It is true that very few red posts are regarding the lore issue. Also true that a company of that size shouldn't have any "tech issues" that span months with no sort of update towards its community.
But there are some bits that not just you, but others have been slipping on which may help. Might have to go into Detective Mode again soon enough.
All I ask is for a red post about all these answers, is that too much to ask.
