No offense, but I find the Ask Riot question kinda disingenuous: Riot has had absolutely no issue releasing over a dozen variations of traditionally attractive, lightly-dressed, thin white women, and giving them sexuality even in cases that were neither tasteful nor appropriate (e.g. Tristana's old VO erection joke, Janna's sex line joke, Akali's old sideboob and various other impractical-yet-sexy female outfits), but the moment a player asks for a sexually appealing male champion, it suddenly becomes the playerbase's responsibility to give a detailed description of what would constitute such a figure, rather than the developers' for at least trying to figure out what kinds of characters are missing from their roster. I get that Riot's made a lot of progress over the years in releasing more original characters, and the writers have done a tremendous job in depicting sexuality in a richer manner in the side stories, including by adding in some explicitly queer individuals (which are also conspicuously absent from the champion roster), but it's still pretty clear that whenever the main game tries to do sex appeal, it's mostly done by straight guys, for straight guys.
For one, I would like more flirtatious male characters, and I think that can even be done with some current champions. Ezreal is the perfect opportunity for some lines where he hits on Lux, and maybe even makes a pass at other women in the roster. Taric's VO is in desperate need of more in-depth lines in relation to many more characters, and while his lore strongly suggests he's pansexual, he only ever calls women beautiful, and doesn't even remotely try to do the same for any male champion. Draven could easily use some more quotes where he throws pick-up lines at everyone and himself (especially himself), which could also add a fun dynamic with his support. As for newer champions, I'd like to see a sweeter, more sensitive and/or affectionate male champion, since currently the male roster is mostly just full of brooding, stoic types or alpha males, along with a few weirdos thrown in (seriously, Jhin is not a good example of an attractive male character, he's a literal violent psychopath). Taric kind of fits the bill, but I think we can have another champion who acts as some kind of caregiver or nurturing figure, rather than a protector (which is what a great deal many male characters are in-game).
Additionally, I'd like to see more 'ships get realized, and that could even be an event on an upcoming Valentine's Day. We already have canon relationships like Xayah and Rakan, Lucian and the late Senna, Ashe and Tryndamere (which itself is a political marriage, and could have interesting goings-on behind the scenes), plus several that are hinted at, such as Katarina and Garen, Ezreal and Lux (is it even a thing, though?), Jarvan IV and Shyvana, and even Tristana and Teemo. On top of that, though, there are several plausible ships that could very well open new narrative avenues, such as Caitlyn and Vi, Twisted Fate and Graves, Zed and Syndra, etc. I know this isn't specifically the topic of sexy male champions, but I think if we're talking about that, we might as well talk about how League currently approaches sexuality and romance, and how/where it can do better. If the goal is to appeal to more than just straight men (and I can vouch there are literally millions of League players who don't fit into that category), then there's a lot Riot can do to expand, innovate and improve in that respect, much of which can be achieved with just the foundations that have been set already.
