Did Singed actually produce Urgot's augmentations?

While making some research for another post (the one about the Caustic Cask symbol), I noticed a little detail on Singed's papers in the story "Engineering the Nightmare".

This symbol showing up on the chemtech chamber Singed has made to create Warwick resembles the symbol Urgot has on his shotgunknees, that symbol is also serving as the icon for his passive in the game. https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/2/2f/Echoing_Flames.png/revision/latest?cb=20170811190634

So this could mean 2 things. Either this symbol just has some kind of meaning in chemtech that applies to both here, Urgot as well as Warwick. Maybe it is a sign for dangerous chemicals or something. Or this could be Singed's very own crest and possibly be a hint that Singed was the one who crafted Urgot's augmentations (not for him personally, since Urgot has stolen his augments from other people, but maybe he delivers augmentations to Baron Voss to use them for the prisoners in the dredge).

Hmmmm. Interesting.

There are so many unanswered questions right now, I long for the days when we'll get content that answers them. Arcane maybe?

I assume Singed is a major player in the Zaun space. It seems like the days of champions being isolated are pretty much over. With how influential Urgot is to the story of Zaun, the idea of Singed not being connected to him somehow is almost absurd, frankly.

Urgot's augmentations could be made by Singed, or Singed could use some parts made by another Zaun baron who also created Urgot's things, or they aren't even related because, as you said, it could be just a common symbol. That being said, it would be quite interesting to think about what would happen if Singed really was the one who made Urgot's augmentations. Was that really unintentional? Would that give him some sort of 'control' over Urgot?
