Does Cassiopeia have hair...?

I was just looking at Cassiopeia's splash art and it got me wondering- is that thing on her head part of her mutated body, like a cobra's hood, or does she have hair under it and it's just a headdress? I mean it's clearly DECORATED with gold and jewels, but is that built into the headdress, or is that something she wears on her hood like jewelry?

Just wondering. And if she still has hair under that, what colour is it?

It is a whole ornament, not apart of her body.

She more than likely has normal hair, since Lamia creatures in myth and media have it and if we take a gander at her mythic skin. Although, her head could look something like this...

...since the way the head ornament is shaped on the in-game model is cobra like.
