I suck at this kind of stuff so I was wondering what some other people thought.
The only one I could kind of get it is when you type in Unity you get a picture of a bow as one of the messages and the idea of Unity is what Ashe is all about so I'm pretty sure Project Ashe is one of them.
Then there's Ambition and Freedom and at this point I can't think of much. Creative people I ask for your assistance.
Unity - PROJECT: Ashe 
Ambition - PROJECT: Katarina 
Freedom - PROJECT: Riven

My guesses.
Project Unity is Ashe, as she seeks to unite the Frejlord as a Queen, and in the Unity page, the voice speaks in first person, and refers to herself as the leader of the trio, which of course fits her role as a Queen.
Project Ambition is Katarina, the first quote refers to the scar she got when she had to fight her way through a Demacian outpost in order to kill her first assassination target. The second quote refers to her title as the Sinister Blade. The third quote says "Keep a sharp lookout for her", and I guess knives are sharp? :D She's also very ambitious, as her lore states that she abandoned her original first mission to take on a bigger target, but then suffered the consequences as her original target ambushed a Noxian camp.
Project Freedom is likely referencing Ekko, as the voice calls them "kid". The second quote is a obvious nod to time with "Time to go", and the third quote states that "He will alter our odds", he obviously cementing the fact that it's a guy, and the alter our odds part points to the fact that Ekko recklessly rewinds time until he gets the outcome that he wants.
what about challenge? (nvm, I think those are the previous skins)
.... I hate being the asehole here. But couldn't OP just have waited for someone who would have inevitably and unintentionally answered his question? Also Surrender@20 and many other LoL news sites that if you bothered to visit would have given the answer you seeked.
