Shouldnt Ekko be Dead?
Ekko's time rewinds dont rewind his physical injuries according to the champ teaser.
So when Mundo finally connected with his cleaver shouldnt that have killed Ekko even if he rewinded time right after?

Mundo didnt have his cleaver maxed Ekko is now just slowed. :)
I think they said,that it actually heals his wounds,but that some phantom pain still remains,which is why he still looked hurt in the teaser after he traveled back.
Also it is possible that his Z-Drive works irregularly and/or has different time-manipulation methods,I mean in the teaser,the thug didn't know that Ekko was rewinding time,for him it looked like Ekko beat him on the first try,wheras Mundo actually witnessed Ekko resetting his physical state.
Ekko's time rewinds dont fully rewind his physical injuries.
