The art quality of the first one is easily 8 or 9 out of 10 and is SIGNIFICANTLY better than the current Vindicator Vayne splash art.

Additionally, this thread is not about arguing the fact that Chinese Vindicator Vayne is objectively a good art piece. This thread is about the fact that Riot edited the Chinese Vindicator Vayne art's face to look objectively horrible.

I dislike the chinese one for the game. Does not fit the game at all. Most of the chinese splash art look like deviantart fanarts bro... way too colorful and bright compared of what Riot currently does. I'd rather keep some of the old ones than changing them to the chinese ones

Odds are many of these splashes will be updated in the future, but for now Riot just has to cut down on extra splashes to leave each champ/skin with only one across all regions. New art can come later, all they're doing now is eliminating an unnecessary pipeline.

I agree, the glare on the glasses makes it look weird and the flip on the hair is insanely goofy. The changes on her head shape and her bangs are ok though. Rly hope Riot responds on this

As for the changes, the only differences I can see are that she has round glasses and bedhead. I don't see the point, but I also don't see the point in the changes they made to the faces in Ahri's splashes.

Can they atleast NOT change Infiltrator Irelia's Splash Art? Compared to the current one, the chinese splash art looks cheap and awful. In the current one she's like doing some actions and you see her blades are flying around like casting her ultimate at the moment. Also the thing that i dont get is her new classic splash art. She looks so pale and it looks so heartless made. Why not using the splash at the worlds?

I dunno, I actually really like the newest Infiltrator Irelia splash art. (And not [just] for the butt.) A. Her face looks much prettier, which is important because the face is the most important part of the art. B. She's an infiltrator; she should be quiet. The newest one presents us with that image of silence, whereas the old one is filled with action that doesn't fit the character of Infiltrator Irelia. C. She's also easier to see in the Chinese one because of the higher contrast. Character visibility is important, even for stealthy champions, because players need to be able see their champion clearly. This is in contrast to action, which is not necessary. D. that butt
