I guess, the language is the fictional language of Freljord. It wouldn't be the first time Riot created a new language.
I have russian roots and by listing to it I actually had to think about the russian language, so they clearly took the language of north regions for inspiration.

i think this Ancient Freljordian has taking a lot from the Icelandic because i tryed to find the original words but didn't success becaus i think now that tere are some Norwegian-Swedish in it too due to the oregins of the singer!
