So...when are we retconing that Xin escaped Noxus with Jarvan the 2nd?
Because if that's still the lore then he honestly should be a lot older IMO. Like gray hair and fu man chu mustache older.

I wouldn't say so considering there's nothing to contradict it. Jarvan II could've been elderly when he met Xin Zhao or died young enough for his son to take the reigns while Xin was still a young man. Jarvan I may have died centuries ago but there's no indication his heir was a Jarvan, or even male by birth.
I've always postulated that Xin's in his early fifties, and not everyone greys at the same rate. I can see a case for Xin having been in Demacia's service for 30 years minimum, with J3's reign encompassing a good twenty or so years of that.
Who knows, maybe Jarvan II was like 75 years old when he escaped Noxus with Xin Zhao, meaning Xin Zhao could be like 40 or so. If it is present, Jarvan III could be about 53 and Jarvan IV could be about 30.
I'm thinking Jarvan II could have been around 40 when Xin Zhao met him at 20. Jarvan III would have been around 20 too, with a newborn Jarvan IV. So Now that Jarvan IV is a grown man in his 20's, Xin Zhao would be in his 40's.
