Fiora has pretty much got it set up that no man is ever going to dominate her or have her as a trophy wife. She also makes up impossible tasks for her suitors just to avoid marriage proposals. Her lore outright states this.
You don't suppose she'd be more interested in the company of women, do you? Or is Demacia like the Catholic Church (or whatnot) when it comes to same-sex relationships?

I doubt it matters to her. But I am guessing she is more looking for someone that can do the impossible that is worthy of her. I mean she is beautiful as hell and is one of the strongest fighters around, she demands someone that is like her. Either actually being stronger than her, which would be a rival/love thing, or close to her that she respects.
She does the impossible tasks since she is a noble and the noble men that are asking for her in marriage are pampered weak men that whine or use their influence or money to get what they want instead of their own skill which is what Fiora wants.

i think she is just to goal oriented for love, i agree she will never marry politically, but if she is impress and out done in battle she might find love there.

I suspect Demacia will be homophobic, in line with the archetypes they are drawing from. Socio-conservative, behind the doors, 'never rock the boat' type stuff. Whether or not the death penalty exists in their culture is a matter of debate (as someone else alludes to).
As a person I imagine her to be more goal centric, selfish, and 'this is my world, I let you live in it' approach. She'd go for someone that is either entirely worthy of her respect, or a means to the end that suits her goals. Jarvan the Fourth seems the most likely candidate, honestly, if she wants to make a play for the royal throne. Doubtful, but up there.
