Why is Janna still called "The Storm's Fury"?

She's not exactly what most would describe as angry or vengeful. She's more associated with mercy and protection, literally one of the kindest characters in lore. In fact her original title "Avatar of Air", now fits her much better than before with her new lore.

Tbh I don't even like her new lore that much...

Like, it's fine, and the concept is cool, but it's just not the same Janna we've had before. I kind of miss the old version, but if Riot is really set on this new Janna fitting their story going forward, then I guess we just have to deal with it.

Anyways, since her design is also pretty outdated, I expect her title to change to something more fitting if she ever gets a VU (or even a VGU). But she's not really in absolute dire need for one compared to other champions, so it'll probably be a long time before that happens.

Because fury is often used to describe events that cause strong winds. Makes sense to me. Fury doesn't = angry or evil... it just = strong. I think you've just seen the word used in the wrong context a lot. Fury is a mostly nuetral word. There's a different version of fury that you can use to describe a person and not a tornado, that can be associated with anger. The ones used to describe tornados tho? can't really be an alignment or feeling. Besides people haven't actually met janna... if they're actually describing her and not her torandos, they could be assuming she's a violent person because she's strong. Like tornados are devastating and people might blame every tornado on her. That means they might think she's an angry person and if you wrong her your house is going to be gone. Some champions are based off of how runeterra sees them. Tahm kench has multiple versions of himself. Some as a giant fish thing, some as other animals. Same thing for kindred. Same thing for janna probably.

Outdated as hell. But they still don't change it...

Why is Skarner called the Crystal Vanguard, when his class is juggernaut? While at the same time, Sion is called the Undead Juggernaut, but his class is vanguard?

I really hope they change it so that a new storm mage can be made.
