I heard that there was lore saying Trynd and Ashe were married?
I checked their lore and it never said anything about it, so is it a lie or is it one of those extra lore stories?

Ashe married Tryndamere to unite their factions and get Freljord city-state status.
It comes from the old lore, where in order to get IoW recognition as a nation Ashe and Tryndamere got married politically to unite their peoples and call it the Freljord.
Holy shit...they might not actually be married anymore.

The JoJ listed it, but it's technically not canon anymore. However, that is detail that seems pretty simple to leave, as the Frejlord doesn't have basically anything to do with the rest of Runeterra or the LoL, the main sources of the retcon.
It's part of the old lore, but the core of the old lore got retconned. Now Riot is picking which parts of the old lore they want to keep in their new lore.
Might be that they keep this marriage, might not be.

I've heard that Tryndamere's looks are based off of the creator of Riot, and Ashe is based off of his wife. I don't know if this is true, but I assume the champions are married based off of this.
