Japanese voice files?

So I was wondering if there's a way to implement the voice files for the Japanese version? I like many of the voices for the Japanese version (namely Final Boss Veigar's voice is frickin' awesome), if there's a way may someone explain how to do it?

I know it was possible by the directions here, but I'm not certain it still works with the new client files. I tried it and it broke the patching process D:
