Urgot can see Kled as he is?
Shouldnt he see Kled as a old man with a Pony like the other people? did his augmentations give him magic eyes or something? did the writers forget about the nuYordle Lore?

The game isn't 1:1 with lore anymore, bare that in mind. Urgot has quotes and taunts for people he'd otherwise never spare a thought towards, or otherwise be completely confounded by.
Well that depends; is Urgot the kind of Noxian that Kled would get along with? If yes then he's more likely to see through Kled's glamour.
