Leona and Solari
Leona being given the sun's power etc, is she in any shape or form worshiped by people? As a deity? Would people see her as a deity because of her command over the sun's powers?

She and Diana are channeling the Sun and Moon, not commanding them. They're very similar to elementalists who use stuff like the rudimentary things like Earth, Fire, Wind, Water.
Being avatars of their respective deities, Diana and Leona are respected and even revered, but not worshipped. They represent the moon and sun gods on Runeterra, so their followers would treat them as leaders and idols, but would, with them, worship the higher being who empowers them. They are like clerics or paladins from Dungeons and Dragons, gifted with holy power but not in control of the source of their power.
