I doubt it because that kind of character tends to be someone who's ignorant to the world around them, and I feel like that's wholly inappropriate and unnecessary for League, inappropriate because "champions" would never really be that person, and unnecessary because we have so many champions from individual regions of the world that they offer their own explanations. You might need that kind of character for a cast with about five-ten main characters, but we have over one hundred and thirty.
