All we know right now is that the Night and Dawn event is coming instead of Snowdown. We don't know if there will be any kind of winter skins alongside that. They did say the Legacy skins will return though.

Night vs Dawn is all we will get. And by Night vs Dawn expect Orbs, Jackpots and Skins, not a new gamemode or anything because that is Riot 2019, just milking LoL's playerbase pockets
No! I do NOT want Christmas skins being replaced. Its unfair to do halloween but not Christmas. The holidays deserve more of a focus instead of being overshadowed by these events made specifically to milk ppl of their money. I swear if i do not see at least the winter map and new skins this year i will riot.
