Can you tell me which Riot artist is uploading these. A bunch of the artists left based on what I've seen on ArtStation so I assume there are new people I am not following.

It's cause the ones for Xayan and Rakan were labeled as "Dark Star Guardian" so this is just that, they just left off "guardian" in this one. They chose not to go with that in the name though for their final release.
