Just a hopeful theory: I'm hoping they use the big guy here to go ahead and flesh out the serpentine river The banks of the river was where Twisted Fate was originally from,possibly making the area have an interesting gypsy/ new orleans theme to it.
Also on the gameplay side of things Riot had said they prototyped a "swallowing" mechanic with gnar, I'm hoping they bring it back for Tamm here.

I love this whole video, and Tamm (if that's his name) seems like a really cool character.
I can't tell if it's Bilgewater or something else at the end, but I feel like the whole "You let me in" line could refer to this King of the Rivers being let loose in to the oceans, but I dunno.
Also there was a scuttle crab in there! Guess they're native to more places than the Rift.

Really dig the kind of catfish vibe he's got going on. Too often, water related characters are based on ocean related things, and completely forget about freshwater.
I also liked how the story shifts from seeming to be from the perspective of the gambler to the perspective of the monster himself.

I think his ult is going to be similar to 
's except if it executes the enemy champion, it extends their death timer by 90 seconds or so, and steals all their unspent gold. Would make thematic sense and be quite interesting.
