Riot, where are your NPCs?

We can't have only Champions be featured in whatever lore events you have planned. What about non-playable characters who make the world actually seem alive?

Actually this has already begun, though you've only gotten the first glimpse of some of them so far. Aelon and Lil' Okao etc... are recurring characters.

On the topic of NPCs, have you ever considered giving Dragon a proper name? I think with Aurelion Sol coming out, he may need one, to avoid confusion with all the dragon lore probably coming.

Aelon is the cartographer in Rek'Sai's teasers. Lil' Okao seem to be a gang-leader associated with Illaoi.

Illaoi seems like the type of person to just punch someone instead of slapping them. Slapping them is too gentle.

I think that they need to flesh out the champions before they flesh out the npcs.

Though they did already do this to some extent,like ebonmaw and WAAARGHbobo mentioned.
