Riot, where are your NPCs?
We can't have only Champions be featured in whatever lore events you have planned. What about non-playable characters who make the world actually seem alive?

Actually this has already begun, though you've only gotten the first glimpse of some of them so far. Aelon and Lil' Okao etc... are recurring characters.

I think that they need to flesh out the champions before they flesh out the npcs.
Though they did already do this to some extent,like ebonmaw and WAAARGHbobo mentioned.
