But actually I speak rally English which is a pretty strong accent.

I know what you meant I was just being a little bit anal. I would certainly love to see more characters with accents, for example I just played Talia the other day for the first time, and her voice over is extremely adorable. Except she needs to shut the fuck up about throwing another rock.

I used to hate newer pokemon as well till I remembered 13 in the original game was man made

that and there are hundreds of species of a single type of animal so why cant there be several types of cats. dogs. birds in each region

Rakan and Xayah sometimes speak in Vastayan and Illaoi speaks sometime the language of its people (she always recall and talk the said language at the same time). And I guess that the way Kled talks sometime can be considered as a language on its own...

I'm down with that! Though instead of just dropping accents here and there it would make more sense if they tied real world accents to a region of Runeterra. Example: maybe having Zaun or at least the Glorious Evolved speak with a Russian accent. Freljord could have a Scandinavian accent too for example.

Though of course it should also change in different parts of different regions. Such as people of the countryside of Noxus talks differently from people in the capital, they also have conquered parts of Northern Shurima and the folks there talk Shuriman combined with Noxian.

This is what an Australian accent sounds like, it inflexes upwards (becomes slightly more highpitch) at the end of the word. If you listen to Galio's accent it inflexes downwards, which is far more typical of English and especially London accents.
