I want someone to have an Irish accent, and I mean like an actual Irish accent, not a, "They're after me Lucky Charms!" accent.

I'm down with that! Though instead of just dropping accents here and there it would make more sense if they tied real world accents to a region of Runeterra. Example: maybe having Zaun or at least the Glorious Evolved speak with a Russian accent. Freljord could have a Scandinavian accent too for example.

Though of course it should also change in different parts of different regions. Such as people of the countryside of Noxus talks differently from people in the capital, they also have conquered parts of Northern Shurima and the folks there talk Shuriman combined with Noxian.
